Royal Mail Track 24 - €4.50

  • Tracked 24 up to a 3 Working Day Service when placing an order before 3pm (not guaranteed)
  • Orders placed after 11am for Track 24 on a Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • Excludes Bank Holidays
  • Excluding Highlands & Islands where this can be up to 5-7 working days.

Next Working Day Service DPD (1-2 working day service) - €5.50

  • Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday qualify for a 1-2 working day service (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
  • Orders placed after 2pm on a Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • Excludes Bank Holidays
  • This is not a guaranteed service

Saturday Next Working Day Service DPD - €6.50

  • Service available for orders placed from 3pm Thursday to 3pm Friday.(Excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from transviralists with your tracking number and link to follow your parcels journey.

    For Next Day Delivery orders, DPD will also contact you directly via email/SMS to update you and provide you with a 1 hour delivery window of which you can amend with DPD themselves. Please do not contact transviralists with your delivery instructions as these MUST be given directly to the Courier.  

    Refunds

    Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed, or delivery is missed for the following reasons:

    • The courier has attempted delivery but has unfortunately missed you.
    • The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you
    • Vehicle breakdowns
    • Unable to locate your address
    • Incorrect address provided

    Orders Delivered in Safe Place Or With A Neighbour

    If you request for your order to be delivered to your safe place or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk and we are not liable.

    How do I return my item/s? NO PRINTER NEEDED.

    1) Complete the reason for return for each item being returned and include the entire form INSIDE your parcel 


    2) Complete the link below, once you have done so an email will come through to you on how to return your parcel without a printer, using a QR Code enclosed inside of the email. 

    When using this service, €3.50 is deducted from the total value of the item/s returned.

    What is your returns policy?

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of the date the parcel has been received by the customer. 
    • If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will be unable to process your refund. In this case if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to yourself.
    • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
    • Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in the original packaging.
    • Items must have all tags attached.
    • All homeware/cookware must be returned in original packaging. 
    • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and socks are NON returnable.
    • Mystery bags are non returnable.
    • Refunds take 10 working days to complete with your Bank/Payment Method. (This does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays)

      Can I exchange an item?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. You can return your item/s to us for a full refund or credit note and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

        What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

        Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. Please send Customer Services an e-mail ([email protected]) or Facebook message with your order number, photo's of the fault and/or a brief description of the fault or issue and we will help you straight away.

        For items that are faulty, the returns postage cost will be wavered when using our transviralists €3.50 Return Service.

        *A consumer cannot claim for a refund or replacement if they alter the item or causes any damage to the item.

        Refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale, reasons may include:

        • makeup marks
        • perfume smell/strong odours
        • tan marks
        • alterations
